Shipping & Delivery

EmberSkye.com offer FREE shipping on all US orders by UPS Ground. If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday, before 10AM PST it will be shipped within 48 hours. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 10AM PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on the following Monday. Transit time is approximately 4-6 business days, and arrival time is not guaranteed. We currently do not ship Internationally and if you have any question you may e-mail your concerns or question to amber@amberfair.net

NOTE: All orders over $500 will require signature by recipient upon delivery. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards! Your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your order. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Returns & Replacements

NO refunds or exchanges are allowed on ALL SALE items. Allowable returned items purchased at emberskye.com will be given store credit. Please e-mail amber@amberfair.net with your invoice number for authorization for store credit or an exchange. If you want an exchange for another item, it needs to be the exact price on your receipt or additionally charges may apply.

EmberSkye prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide your choice of exchange or store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A shipping fee of $10.95 will be charged for exchanges. 

Returns for store credit or exchanges must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. EmberSkye will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

EmberSkye will fix or replace your item for FREE if there is a manufactured problem. EmberSkye has the right to determine if the case of damage is from manufacturing or if it’s from wear and tear.

Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order number can be found at the top of your receipt.
